Chosen by the starred chef Jorg Giubbani of the Orto restaurant to accompany his tasting menu
and create an experience by interacting with all the senses. The In Aéras serums joined the
sophisticated culinary world that showcased contemporary well-being through the ingredients and the
formulation.
With this intention, a unique culinary experience took place in Milan for the guests
of Motelombroso restaurant, where the Sardinian chef Nicola Bonora opened the doors of his kitchen to the starred chef
Jorg Giubbani. The guests experienced a gastronomic journey through the taste and touch
caressed by In Aéras. The founder, Alice Ziccheddu, introduced and guided the involvement of all the
senses in a tactile and olfactory journey, as well as culinary.
The SILENTIUM, ANIMANUDA, and VISIONE serums
accompanied the chefs' courses following the leitmotif of
Mediterranean herbs and marked three specific moments of this precious journey.
A timeless dimension was celebrated, where the individual and his lifestyle were at the centre, in close harmony with nature, scents,
flavours and rhythms.
