Based on sesame vegetable oil, used in popular medicines especially for its excellent ability to absorb the properties of plants and return them to the skin. In fact, this oil is considered the most exceptional heating oil and is indicated for gently rebalancing.

USO

Ideal for intense decontracting and toning massages for the whole body, or to be used during the daily wellness ritual on selected meridian points or chakras with a specific intent. Especially indicated for pre and post sports performance muscle massages. For best results, use daily before or after a shower. Ingredients:

This oil is rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids and antioxidants making it an excellent emollient, moisturizing and nourishing product- with a purifying and balancing action on the skin. Ideal in the treatment of redness resulting from excessive exposure to the sun, eczema and erythema. :

Thyme: with its noteworthy antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, stimulate the healing processes of skin wounds, wounds and soothe red skin and irritation. Excellent for relieving muscle and joint pain.
Lavender: balances and gives a deep soothing effect. In addition to, having the strong ability to act on energy imbalances (stress and nervousness). As well as, relieve muscle and joint pain.

Thyme

From the Greek thymos, “courage”. Philosophers used to drink an infusion of thyme before pursuing their studies, as they believed it invigorated the mind and promoted concentration and determination. Tones the nervous system, if inhaled, it has a stimulating and restorative action. Useful in case of physical and mental fatigue, it improves memory and brain activity, counteracting insomnia and depression. In Sardinian folk medicine, thyme was collected during the summer and dedicated to the Madonna as it was considered protector of female energies. The “water of perfumes” was prepared with thyme, leaving the twigs immersed in the dew for the whole night of the eve of the feast of St. John the Baptist. This elixir was used for both the body and the face as a beauty ritual.

Lavander

Chosen in the Angustifolia quality, which is the richest in virtue and high in energetic vibrations, it is the only variety that grows spontaneously in Sardinia. The constant presence of the mistral blowing from the sea gives a salty scent to the island’s lavender. Even before its therapeutic properties, lavender was appreciated in ancient times for its ability to connect the perceptions of the emotional sphere with the physical one. It has the ability to bring back to a state of calm and tranquillity. This atavistic spiritual perception finds confirmation in some uses of the popular tradition of Sardinia as a protector against the evil eye, or in religious blessing rites. These traditional rituals originate from the fact that lavender has always been associated with a spiritual and material purifying action. In many areas of Sardinia, freshly picked lavender flowers macerated in olive oil, were used as a healing and disinfectant remedy.

Myrtle

It is considered the emblematic plant of the island, thanks to its wide widespread, it is associated by all Mediterranean traditions with the concepts of beauty, femininity and purity. The ancient cultures used the myrtle leaves in propitiatory rites as a purifying agent to celebrate heroic deeds or wedding rites. Furthermore, in the Middle Ages, the ancient apothecaries distilled its flowers with their stills and prepared a very precious “aqua mirabilis” called “Water of the angels”, used on the island to tone the skin and preserve its beauty. In Sardinian folk tradition, myrtle was also used to purify environments by burning the leaves, this released the essential oil with antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. The erotic value of Myrtle is also found in popular traditions, evidence of how essential oil stimulates in us the sense of cosmic and universal beauty. Its main activities include antiseptic, antimicrobial, flavoring, astringent and antioxidant.
